Payments are due at time of order. No returns on custom items, all sales are final. No returns on items with custom finishes. Bear Creek Company, Inc. reserves the right to limit quantity sales for any reason, for any product. All products are hand crafted materials and may very slightly over the display shown. All returns must be made within 30 days of shipping. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Approved returns will be refunded the same way payment was made. Please allow 10 business days for returns and refunds to process, once received by Bear Creek Company, Inc. We encourage consumers to call 269-623-4870 before processing large item returns. Damages that occur in shipping must be reported with 48 hours of receiving. A return form must be submitted before any returns will be approved.
